The American Tobacco District in Durham, NC is the ongoing revitalization of the city's most prominent downtown industrial complex.

MMPA provided Project Management as well as design and construction administration services for adaptive re-use of the Strickland and Washington buildings. These buildings house Duke University's:

  - Office of Information Technology (OIT)
  - Duke Management Company (DUMAC)
  - Duke Alumni Records
