This facility provides a serene, home-like setting for treatment and rehabilitation. Materials and finishes were selected to enhance security, patient rehabilitation and long-term maintenance. Included are:

  - Central nurses' station with closed-circuit video surveillance
  - Residential wings for men and women
  - Detox residential wing with lounge
  - Dayroom
  - Counselor's offices and classrooms
  - Exercise room
  - Admitting, reception and waiting area
