MMPA provided architectural, structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical design services for the renovations to the existing Starkie Hall – renamed “Swannanoa Hall”.

Design included renovations to the 9,400 sf 3-story masonry and wood structure with partial basement and new a 1,440 sf addition for elevator and stairwell.
