Historic Presser Hall (circa 1926) is home of Music Department for Hollins University. MMPA provided civil, architectural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical renovations to transform this into a state-of-the-art music facility.

The 3-story masonry and wood structure consists of approximately 14,500 square feet of floor area.
