Moser Mayer Phoenix Associates provided architectural, electrical and mechanical engineering and interior design services to Bekaert Textiles USA, Inc. for their flagship U.S. facility. This location serves as Bekaert's U.S. headquarters and provides a manufacturing and distribution facility for production of mattress ticking.

The new 132,000 sf facility houses the fully integrated production process, including space for weaving, finishing, warehousing, and eventually dyeing and sizing. Administrative offices, showrooms, a design center, and a maintenance shop are also incorporated into the facility.
