MEDIMANUFACTURING, MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSE FACILITY

ROCK CREEK CENTER, GUILFORD COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA

Moser Mayer Phoenix Associates designed a 56,000 sf manufacturing/ and warehouse facility for MediManufacturing.

The facility provides 45,000 sf of manufacturing space to house a dye room, dryers, knitting and sewing machines, raw materials storage, packaging and shipping. Manufacturing areas are equipped with computerized HVAC units to control temperature and humidity.

11,000 sf of administrative office space and on-site parking are also incorporated into the design.
