Adaptation of the prototype developed for AMP's PIMF I plant, this facility combines the operations of four existing facilities. The new plant accommodates molding, stamping and assembly of connectors used in appliances.

The facility features a 35,000 sf mezzanine, with manufacturing in open areas. The facility includes three fixed conference rooms. Emphasis on flexibility is maintained throughout the open office, training room and teleconferencing room areas. Skylights are utilized throughout public corridors breakroom and the two-story lobby.
