FACILITIES MASTER PLAN
GREENSBORO NORTH CAROLINA

A five-year Facilities Master Plan, developed for Stockhausen's Greensboro Campus included recommendations for site improvements, land acquisition, building adaptation, building renovation and new construction programs. Among other items, the four-phased work
included:

  - Existing facilities and site conditions study.
  - Identify issues to be addressed.
  - Develop alternative master plan concepts.
  - Select and develop appropriate concept.
  - Provide opinion of probable project cost.
  - Develop capital expenditure plan/schedule

MMPA also performed 26,000 sf of office renovation and laboratory renovation and expansion design for Stockhausen's Terrell and Doyle Street locations.
