LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES (FORMERLY AT&T FALCON).
Three 70,000 square foot buildings provide Lucent Technologies with 210,000 square feet of industrial space on an 18-acre site.
Each building utilizes a 35'x40' structural steel column bay system with utility brick cavity walls se-cured to perimeter wind frames.
Buildings are fully sprinklered and have a 26'-clear height structure. Humidity and temperature control for manufacturing areas utilize DDC Control/Building Energy Management System.
