Moser Mayer Phoenix Associates designed a new wellness center to serve the 600 residents of two continuing care retirement communities in Greensboro.
The 11,300 square foot facility features an aquatics center with an enclosed pool to allow year-round use. The pool enclosure features a non-corrosive aluminum structure and an operable roof that opens for warm weather ventilation.
Other facilities provided in the wellness center include an exercise room and multipurpose rooms for meetings and events.
