MMPA renovated this circa 1920, two story brick building (formerly a commercial laundry facility) for use as their Corporate Headquarters. It serves as an excellent representation of the firm's capabilities and gives clients a better understanding of how the firm approaches and designs projects.

The building boasts 25-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls and steel trusses, heavy timbers, and 12-foot windows and clerestory windows. The 13,000 square foot second floor provides a perfect setting for this architecture/engineering design firm.
