UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA AT WILMINGTON
STUDENT CENTER EXPANSION WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA

The UNCW Student Center expansion consists of four distinct phases that must be completed consecutively:

   - Site utility and Central Energy Plant Phase
   - Student Center Addition
   - University Union Renovation
   - Burney Center Renovation

Design work for this project has been underway since January of 2000. Phase One construction is scheduled to be completed in May of 2006.

The project includes 85,000 SF of new construction and 85,000 SF of renovation.
